Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to subscription-based access to the Flushdraineu routine planning platform (ABN 83 647 291 056). Our refund practices comply with the Australian Consumer Law and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. Subscription Services
Platform access is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual) in Australian dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Current pricing is published on our homepage.
2. Cooling-Off Period
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, provided the platform has not been used extensively (defined as more than 5 member accounts created or 30 routine entries logged). Contact us at notifyuse@flushdraineu.world to initiate a cooling-off refund.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle unless required by law.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Within the 14-day cooling-off period (as described above)
- Platform unavailability exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Where mandated by Australian Consumer Law for major service failures
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom onboarding or training sessions already delivered
- Subscriptions cancelled after the cooling-off period without a qualifying service failure
- Third-party fees or charges not collected by Flushdraineu
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated. Bank processing times may vary.
7. Service Credits
In cases where a full refund is not applicable but service disruption occurred, we may offer account credits equivalent to the affected period. Credits are applied to future invoices and are non-transferable.
8. Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, routine data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.
9. Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights to remedies for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees. A major failure entitles you to cancel and receive a refund. For non-major failures, you may request that we fix the issue within a reasonable time. Contact us or Consumer Affairs Victoria for guidance.
